Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

At Quick Ridz, we strive to provide customers with a seamless car rental experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy on cancellations, refunds, and returns.
Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 25%.
If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, minus any applicable service fees.
In case of service unavailability or technical issues on our end, a full refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Certain fees, such as administrative charges or payment processing fees, are non-refundable.
Customers returning a vehicle before the scheduled end time will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.
Late returns will be charged an additional fee as per the terms outlined in the rental agreement.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive dirt, or missing items.
