Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

At Quick Ridz, we strive to provide customers with a seamless car rental experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy on cancellations, refunds, and returns.


1. Cancellation Policy

a. Advance Bookings

  • Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 25%.

b. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be provided.


2. Refund Policy

a. Eligible Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, minus any applicable service fees.

  • In case of service unavailability or technical issues on our end, a full refund will be provided.

b. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

c. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain fees, such as administrative charges or payment processing fees, are non-refundable.


3. Return Policy

a. Early Returns

  • Customers returning a vehicle before the scheduled end time will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.

b. Late Returns

  • Late returns will be charged an additional fee as per the terms outlined in the rental agreement.

c. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive dirt, or missing items.
